Channel's Ben Lyons.

Mason, who has been included in Talkers magazine's "Top 10 Talk Show Hosts in America" lists, had co-hosted 710 ESPN's The Big Show (3-7 p.m.) since 2003. In addition, Steve has been utilized as an expert on sports and the entertainment industry on such programs such as: E! Entertainment Television, Fox News Channel and the TV Guide Channel.

The Dave Dameshek Show will feature regular contributors including marquee names such as: ESPN.com's Bill Simmons and ABC's Jimmy Kimmel. The show will also feature an in-studio, one-man house band in the form of the multi-talented Rich Banks.

Dameshek was most recently a writer for The Jimmy Kimmel Show. In addition, Dave is a former sports reporter on the syndicated morning radio program The Adam Carrolla Show. He appeared in Los Angeles in 1999 to work in comedy writing and radio broadcasting, writing for various cable television shows, including Fox Sports Net's Sports Geniuses, Comedy Central's Battlebots and The Man Show, and co-hosting a Fox Sports Radio show. Most recently he was host of Dave Dameshek's Sports Contraption on 93.7 FM in Pittsburgh.

"Dave has a very unique sensibility and perspective that we're confident the listeners will enjoy," said Larry Gifford, 710 ESPN Program Director. "Dave is a true fan of sports and plans to have a show for the fans, by a fan. In addition to talking with athletes and coaches, Dave's show will engage, entertain, and inform the audience."

The Brian Long Show will reflect the passion of L.A. and O.C. Sports Fans with a high-energy opinion-based program that will entertain, inform and surprise. During the peak sports hours, the show will "hit the road" to get the pulse of local fans, while dispersing 710 ESPN reporters and insiders to cover local teams on games in progress.

Prior to joining 710 ESPN Radio in August 2007 as Assistant Program Director / Talk Show Host, Long oversaw programming, production and strategic planning for Morris Desert Media AM stations KNWZ, KNWQ, KNWT and KXPS (2/03-8/07). Previously, Long was Program Director and Sports and News Talk Show Host at KGEO and KERN at American General Media in Bakersfield, California (3/02-2/03). He also helped launch the desert's first 24-hour all-sports format -- KXPS (3/98-12/00) and produced broadcasts of Kansas and Missouri Universities' Basketball and Football games for KMBZ and KCMO (97-98).

710 ESPN SportsCenter Presents is a nightly (Mon-Fri) sports news and information program designed to highlight the local games just concluding, along with timely interviews and analysis on the most important and relevant sports stories of the day. The ensemble cast of 710 ESPN Sports Hosts and Reporters include: Dave Denholm, Beto Duran, Dave Joseph, Steve Bisheff, Mike Morales and Mark Thomason.

"I am very pleased to be able to offer Southern California Sports Fans a team of energetic, entertaining and likable sport radio personalities in the evening," said Gifford. "I think fans will find them to be a refreshing change of pace from the status quo."
