Stephen is an honor student currently ranked first in his class based on academics. His exceptional intellect assists him on the diamond, where his ability to out-think opposing batters combines with his lively arm to earn him the Golden Arm award for outstanding pitchers. Stephen is active in his local church parish, and one of the founders of the Young Adult Ministry, which held a fundraiser for pediatric cancer at a local ice rink.

Joseph is a senior honor student at Cardinal Hayes. Beyond receiving above average grades in honors courses, Joseph spends his team away from the practice field as a lifeguard for the Boys and Girls Club, as well as volunteering with the Exceptional Children's program. With the Varsity football team, he excels as a Center. His leadership on and off the field have inspired his coaches and teammates to give him the distinction of Captain.

Toni-Ann Canova

Toni-Ann is a senior AP/honor student and National Honors Society member at St. Joseph's, ranked 18th out of 312 students in her class. She is a three-year member of the varsity volleyball team, as well as a co-captain on the St. Joseph's Softball team, and was recognized as the MVP of their 2009 campaign. Outside of the classroom, Toni-Ann volunteers with various softball clinics for the community youth, attends weekly CCD meetings, and is a YMCA Peer Teen leader, providing proper guidance to students just entering their teen years.

Billy endures the responsibility of being the Student Body President at Nutley High, in complement to his involvement with the Spanish Honors and National Honors societies. These leadership qualities carry over to the field, where he is the captain and quarterback for the Nutley football team. Billy also volunteers with the Champ Mentoring Program- a Nutley High School program designed to aid students who are struggling academically- and is also on the Student Advisory Board.
